Where are you based?

We are based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

When will my order ship?

Most of our jewellery is made to order and will be sent within 2 business days of payment clearing. If there is a delay beyond that, we will contact you immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and Credit/debit cards. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all locations worldwide.

Can I return my purchase?

We are happy to exchange or accept returns on your purchase.

What material is used in your jewellery?

All our jewellery is crafted from rhodium or platinum plated, rose gold or 14k gold plated brass. The plating is tarnish resistant and if a little care is taken, will last a long time. Stones used are cubic zirconia for great clarity and sparkle with high quality pearls

How do I care for my jewellery?

All jewelry will come packed in ziplock bags and are then put into boxes. Please retain the jewelry in these bags as they will help prevent tarnishing. Avoid spraying perfume or any body products directly on the jewelry or getting it wet. It is also a good idea to wipe them a little after use and before putting them back in the bags if possible. It will all help to prevent the tarnishing.
