Returns and Exchange

We sincerely hope you will be happy with your purchase. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers, hence we have established a flexible return or exchange process.

We request all our customer to inspect your items carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice any problem you must contact us at within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. We would also request you to please send us the photograph highlighting the problem if possible. We will reply as quickly as possible to resolve your issue. If there is no problem or any sorts and want time to decide on return or refund please contact us within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We take utmost care to write the indicative measurement of each piece of jewellery in our product description if you still have any queries please reach out and we will clarify them immediately.  We understand that there are times despite all precautions the jewellery you receive may not be the suitable for you, we are happy to offer you Exchange or Store credit.

Returns for an Exchange

If you simply change your mind or want to return, No questions asked, we will accept the same, we are happy to provide a full store credit or a refund (read below). The product must be in its original packaging and unused. For hygienic purposes, we do not accept products that have been worn or removed from the original packaging. Once the product is received, your Poetry Designs account will be processed for the store credit or Refund as agreed upon. Please ensure that the return is sent back to us in the original packaging safely packed.

Store Credit- If you would like to return your purchased product in exchange for another product we will give you store credit of the product value less the shipping amount that can be used towards the purchase of another product.

How to use the Store Credit?

There is 90 days limit on the usage of your store credit after which the store credit will lapse. Once the return is effected, the customer’s account will be credited with the store credit. To use the store credit amount, please log into your account, add to cart any product and at the checkout your will able to use the store credit. You will also be able to view the amount of store credit available in your My Account menu. (View)

Refund of excess after exchange

We will work with you to process the exchange and adjust the amount already paid based on the value of the new product.

Return for a Refund

If you like to simply return and need a refund, no questions asked we will refund 90% of the product value less the shipping amount. The 10% is the restocking fee to cover our basic cost that is incurred during this transaction. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Return and Replacement of Damaged Shipments

Each of the pieces has been handpicked and quality checked before they are shipped to you, however, despite our efforts due to circumstance beyond our control, there is a possibility of damage to the jewellery when you receive it. Don’t worry, we at Poetry Designs will happily replace any damaged or defective product.

How to Complete a Return

E-mail with the order number, within 5 days of receiving the item for a return or exchange.

If the customer's return is approved, Poetry Designs will forward the return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

•    Please include the invoice of your purchase with the package.

•    Please ensure the items are sent back within 3 days of return approval through registered post and the tracking number is emailed to us.

•    All items must be in their original boxes and packaging and be in new, unused condition to complete the return for store credit or exchange for the order.

•    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipment is returned safely and securely.

•    Refund or store credit will be effected only on receipt and inspection of products.


* If no contact is made within 5 days and product is not sent out within 3 days of that, the order will not be eligible for a store credit.

** Items returned damaged or in a used condition only partial store credit/ refund will be given based on the assessment.
